Cardhaus (“the Platform”, “the Operator”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is an online marketplace operated in the Republic of the Philippines.
By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you may only use the Platform with the express permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account, including a valid email address.
You may not create multiple accounts to evade bans, manipulate reputation scores, or otherwise circumvent Platform rules.
All bids placed on the Platform are binding. When you place a bid and win an auction, you are obligated to complete the purchase at the winning bid price.
Payment must be made to the seller within 24 hours of the auction closing, via the payment method agreed in the deal chat. The Platform does not currently facilitate or hold payments — buyers and sellers coordinate payment and delivery directly.
Failure to pay after winning an auction constitutes a buyer default and will be recorded on your public profile, affecting your ability to participate in future auctions.
By listing an item, you confirm that you own it, have the right to sell it, and that your listing accurately describes its condition, grade, and authenticity.
Upon receiving payment, you must deliver the item promptly and provide any tracking or handoff details in the deal chat. Both buyer and seller must confirm delivery and payment through the deal stages so the transaction is on record.
Failure to deliver an item after receiving payment constitutes a seller failure and will be recorded on your public profile.
The Platform allows eligible sellers (“Shop Pro sellers” or “Sellers”) to operate their own branded storefronts at cardhausph.xyz/shop/<slug>. Each storefront is owned and operated independently by the Seller. The Platform does not own, control, supervise, or staff any storefront and does not pre-screen, review, endorse, or guarantee any content, listing, image, price, or representation made by a Seller.
Sellers act as independent merchants. Any contract of sale formed through a storefront — including auctions, fixed-price purchases, pre-orders, and downpayment arrangements — is a contract solely between the Seller and the buyer. The Platform is not a party to that contract and is not a merchant, broker, agent, escrow agent, payment processor, or fiduciary in respect of any storefront transaction.
Sellers are solely responsible for, and the Platform expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for:
The Platform's role is limited to providing marketplace technology — auction infrastructure, deal chat, reputation tracking, storefront hosting, and payment-method display. The Platform makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding any Seller, listing, transaction, or item.
The Platform may remove, suspend, modify, or refuse to host any storefront, listing, social link, or seller-published content that violates these Terms, infringes third-party rights, is suspected of fraud, or is reported by users — at the Platform's sole discretion, without prior notice, and without liability to the Seller or any other person.
The Platform maintains a public reputation score for all users based on completed deals, buyer defaults, and seller failures. This score is visible to all users and affects your ability to bid on certain auctions.
Reputation records are permanent and cannot be removed except in cases of demonstrated Platform error.
You may not list counterfeit, stolen, or fraudulently graded cards. You may not engage in shill bidding (placing false bids to inflate auction prices), feedback manipulation, or any form of fraud.
Harassment, threats, or abusive behaviour toward other users in deal chats or listing comments is prohibited.
Disputes between buyers and sellers are initially handled through the deal chat system. If a dispute cannot be resolved between the parties, Platform administrators may review the deal chat, listing, and any submitted evidence and take action — including adjusting reputation scores, closing listings, or suspending accounts.
The Platform does not act as an escrow service and does not hold funds. The Platform is not responsible for losses arising from transactions between users.
The Platform reserves the right to record deal outcomes and adjust reputation scores based on available evidence.
The Platform reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account found to be in violation of these Terms, without prior notice and without refund of any fees paid.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Reputation records associated with your account may be retained for the integrity of the platform even after account closure.
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, or availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all such warranties are disclaimed.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, the Operator, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, claim, cost, or expense — direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or otherwise — arising out of or in connection with:
Notwithstanding any provision of these Terms, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed ₱1,000 (one thousand Philippine pesos).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Operator, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, lawsuits, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via the Platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the proper courts of Calasiao, Pangasinan, Philippines, to the exclusion of all other venues.
